- FAILED BLOCK TEST-HEAD GASKET LEAKING
- CYLINDER HEAD GASKET – Remove & Replace – V6,3.6L Eng,AWD Both Sides – [Includes: Remove carbon and check surfaces for warpage. Includes adjust Valves (where applicable) and clean and adjust Spark Plugs.]
- Labor time to pressure test cooling system and inspect for leaks, check for proper fan operation, check for blockages in cooling system and thermostat operation, perform chemical test for potential head gasket or cylinder head coolant leak. FAILED BLOCK TEST.
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
- PER MACHINE SHOP: BOTH HEADS WERE WARPED AND CROWNED.
