- ALTERNATOR ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – DX,EX,GX,LX
- Labor time to test battery for charge and condition, labor to test alternator output with all loads on, test starter for excessive amperage draw. ALTERNATOR CHARGING 12.95 WITH NO LOADS, AND WITH A/C AND LIGHTS ON, IT QUITS ALL TOGETHER. ALSO BRAKE LIGHTS NOT GOING OFF. BATTERY TESTS OKAY. NEEDS ALTERNATOR AND BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH STOPPER
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
- MOST OF LEAK APPEARS TO BE COMING FROM TIMING COVER.
- REPLACE STOP LIGHT STOPPER
- TIMING COVER & VALVE COVER GASKET – Remove & Replace – All Applicable Models
