FOUND SEALING WASHER "MUSHED" AND NOT SEATED PROPERLY, REPLACED WASHERS, RECHARGED SYSTEM AND RAN FOR 30 MINUTES. FOUND THAT WASHER IS NOT SEALING IN EXPANSION VALVE, REPLACED WITH FACTORY EXPANSION VALVE AND SEAL KIT AND OKAY NOW.
