Dismount tire off of old rim, remount and balance onto new rim, install new valve stem (most applications).

VEHICLE DOES NOT HAVE A FLEX COUPLER. EXHAUST ITS SELF IS IN GOOD SHAPE, BUT THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD IS RUSTED AWAY AT THE DONUT. EITHER DRIVE IT LIKE IT IS OR WILL NEED TO REPLACE THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD, DONUT AND EXHAUST GASKET.
